The Approach
My work is shaped by a background in Children’s Social Care, years of experience as a Holistic Therapist, and training in coaching — all grounded in the ongoing experience of being human, just like you.
Together, these have given me a deep understanding of how we think, feel, and move through the world — and how past experiences can quietly shape our patterns, behaviours, and relationships.
Over time, I’ve come to see clearly that the mind and body are not separate.
When the mind begins to shift, the body often follows.
And when the body softens, the mind can begin to open.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
People need to feel safe, heard, and not rushed to change.
Why I Do This
I’ve seen how much we can carry without fully realising it.
In my work — and in my own life — I’ve seen how easy it is to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like something isn’t quite right.
And I’ve also seen what happens when that begins to shift.
When there’s space to slow down, to feel safe, and to understand what’s really going on — things start to change.
That’s why I do this work.
